Limited-Time Offers

Your discount, locked in.

An offer adds a package to your account, a seat plus monthly data credits, at a special rate that never goes up. Claim as many as you're offered. They stack. Here's exactly how it works.

Rate stays lockedStacks on your planCredits merge into one pool

An offer is a package you keep at a locked rate

Each offer is a package: one seat and a monthly data-credit allotment, added to your account at a discounted rate that's locked for as long as the package stays. It doesn't replace your plan. It sits on top of it. Claim it during signup, or any time from Billing → Special Offers.

How an offer works

Step 1

Claim it

Pick an open offer and add its package. No plan yet? Checkout sets one up and applies the deal in the same step.

Step 2

Lock the rate

The discount is pinned to that package at the billing line-item level. Renewals never raise it. The rate stays for as long as the package is on your account.

Step 3

Stack & stay

It adds on top of whatever you already have. Change or cancel your plan later and the package keeps its locked rate.

Every offer you claim adds its own seat and credits and keeps its own locked rate. New offers never overwrite the ones you already hold. They add up into one bill. Example figures shown.

All your packages share one monthly data-credit pool, deduplicated across your whole account and reset on one date. See Understanding data credits for how a credit is counted.

Promo packages can stack beyond 60,000 credits

The 60,000 monthly data-credit cap applies to regular self-service plan capacity. Promo packages are separate, so you can add them on top of that cap, on top of a legacy plan, or on top of a sales-managed plan.

What you can do

  • Stack multiple offers that add up instead of replacing each other
  • Keep every locked rate for as long as the package stays on your account
  • Add an offer on top of any plan, including legacy and sales-managed plans
  • Stack promo packages beyond 60,000 monthly data credits
  • Claim during signup or any time from Billing → Special Offers

Good to know

  • One package per campaign, per account
  • Removing a package ends its rate for good, and the campaign can't be reclaimed
  • Each offer adds one seat; bigger teams may still need plan seats
  • Regular self-service plan capacity is capped at 60,000 monthly credits
  • Changing or canceling your plan never touches a package's locked rate

Frequently asked

Can I add this to my plan?

Yes. An offer doesn't replace your plan. Its package stacks on top, adding a seat and monthly credits at the locked rate. Promo packages can be added to any plan, including legacy and sales-managed plans, and they can stack beyond 60,000 monthly data credits.

I already have a Black Friday rate. What happens if I claim this one?

Nothing happens to your Black Friday rate. It stays locked. The new offer stacks alongside it as its own package with its own rate. You can hold several at once, one per campaign.

How long does the locked rate last?

The discount is pinned to that specific package, at the line-item level in billing. Renewals never raise it. It stays for exactly as long as that package stays on your account.

How do the credits from different packages combine?

They merge into one shared monthly pool, deduplicated across your whole account and reset together each billing cycle. Three 20,000-credit packages give you 60,000 credits a month, one allowance, not three separate buckets. See Understanding data credits.

What if I need more than 60,000 credits a month?

You can still claim promo packages beyond 60,000 monthly data credits. The 60,000 cap applies to regular self-service plan capacity. If you need a larger regular plan, talk to sales.

What happens if I remove a package?

Its seat and credits come off your account and the locked rate is gone for good. That campaign can't be reclaimed. Removals aren't prorated or refunded.

Can I still change or cancel my plan later?

Yes. Plan changes target your base plan and never touch a package's locked rate. Canceling your subscription cancels everything, including packages.

Is an offer per person or per account?

Per account. One package per campaign, tied to your workspace rather than an individual user.
